AZARITA
- 2 oz CasAzar Tequila Joven
- ¾ oz Agave Syrup (Agave nectar cut with water, 2:1 ratio)
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Champagne (or sparkling wine)
Glassware: Margarita
Garnish: Gold Lime Wheel
Build: Combine tequila, agave, and lime in tin. Add ice and shake. Separately, fill margarita glass with ice. Pour champagne over ice, strain contents of the tin over the champagne and ice, and garnish.
